ShuckEasy, is an original production of The OysterHood developed for New York Oyster Week in 2013. Now in it’s 4th running it is an experience featuring ultra-premium, rare and exotic oysters paired with creative craft cocktails & mixology. On this night we will feature all 5 species of oysters commonly consumed in North America / (and legally attainable). Plus, if we are lucky, we’ll all get to try a 6th species, from New Zealand.The event features a “rare & exotic" raw bar curated by Master Mermmelier Kevin Joseph.  Kevin has discovered and sourced oysters from all over the world and will leave no oyster unturned to deliver the best and most exotic specimens of all 5 species AND PAIR THEM to fine mixology. Cocktails are the beverage focus for the evening and so creative presentations will be on offer. Premium craft beer, wine and cider will also be available. A full bar is also available, ala carte, as is other food service from the regular menu. The style of the event is elegant but casual. There is some seating and high tops in the beautiful venue. Guests will roam from bar to bar and from raw bar to raw bar for beverages and oysters. This is not a seated affair it is a premium tasting event where guests will forage and discover oysters, cocktails and each other. ShuckEasy has sold out every year so be sure to get your tickets before it sells out this time. Only 300 tickets will be available for this intimate affair.
