Vine and Brine, an Original New York Oyster Week Production, is a celebration of the wonderful and delicate pairing of New Zealand Wines and Oysters.

This “rare & exotic" raw bar will be curated by Oyster Whisperer Kevin Joseph and Mark Urwin, Kevin’s Kiwi Counterpart and 5th Generation Fisherman who owns and operates 46 South, a seafood importer based in Vancouer. Kevin & Mark will curate this extraordinary raw bar and and pair these oysters with wines from New Zealand as well as fine beer & spirits.
