
DelicaSEAS was created to provide a discriminating gourmand with a sampling of the diversity of the more exotic seafoods and eclectic preparations of these delicate offerings. The event is intended to be something different for NYC's interesting & interested to do on a Monday night in Manhattan. For two hours guests will enjoy an array of unusual, delicate and luxurious foods from the sea including Oysters, Caviar, Crudo, Conch and Uni. These DelicaSEAS are paired with Champagne and various other wines hand selected to pair perfectly with the menu. On hand will be Oyster Aficionado Kevin Joseph and Award Winning Chef, Cookbook Author & Food Network Star David Rosengarten. The pair will mix and mingle with the crowd discussing both Merroir (factors that create various flavors in Oysters & Seafood) and Terroir (factors that create various flavors in champagne & wine).
